The lecture of Mr. Mirko Ilić, illustrator, graphical designer and lecturer has filled the halls for past three years, and the number of participants and interested visitors grows every year. He speaks out about symbols of hate through various publications, as well as lectures in the region, all with the goal of educating students about neo-fascist iconography which is present in public spaces throughout the region of former Yugoslavia and wider. The lecture is themed on the local, with respect to regional, problem of public reserve in regards to observing symbols and graphic speech of hate by neo-Nazi groups (skinheads, neo-Nazi and extreme supporter groups), which are growing stronger, larger and more violent. Mirko Ilić has guest lectured in Zagreb, Sarajevo and Belgrade, and it is our great honor that as part of the FOT Ljubljana the Slovenian audience will also attend his lecture.
The project is co-financed from the Europe for citizens fund - EACEA European Remembrance.
