The Jewish Film Festival Zagreb (JFF) is a non-profit, non-governmental association from Croatia that organizes cultural events and, through all the segments of art (film, music, visual arts, photography, etc.) advocates the multicultural dialogue and respect for diverse cultures and cultural expressions, promotes the transnational mobility of artists, and speaks out and warns about various sociological phenomena and actual social problems: discrimination against minorities, xenophobia, integration of the disabled, immigrants, asylum seekers and endangered groups, all the while striving towards developing a more tolerant society. Association’s programs involve all generations of artists from various geographical and social surroundings. Educating through culture is what makes Association’s programs recognizable. They are focused on developing creativity in young artists as well as general population, which in turn creates long-term resources for a creative and innovative society.
