EDUCATIONAL MORNING scheduled for today (Thursday, April 11) at 11 am will be held at Student Centre Cinema instead of Tuškanac Cinema. Experts from the Polish Museum Majdanek will present this institution that is at same time the first museum of torutre and the oldest memorial to the victims of the Nazis in the world, established in 1944 on the foundations of the German concentration camp - KL Lublin.
The museum's mission is to preserve memories and promote education about the occupation of Lublin and its surroundings during the Second World War and has been visited by more than 11 million people so far. This year will be the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the concentration camp and also from the opening of the Museum.
Entrance is free for all interested.
