The Bonebomb is a Zagreb-based project launched by bass player Nikola Jerković, gathering outstanding Croatian musicians who collaborated, or were part of, or still play with famous Croatian bands (Prljavo kazalište, Jinx, Meritas, Dino Dvornik, Soulfingers, Lasse Lindgren, Christian McBride, Legen, B's Funstallation, Zdenka Kovačiček & Greenhouse blues band, HRT Jazz Orchestra, Tamara Obrovac, TJMM, Edo Majka etc.). It is a creative instrumental pearl in the collection of contemporary Croatian music. Their four studio albums have been a true refreshment on the Croatian scene, thrilling both critics and audience.
The newest album Fun(k)house Session was released in 2020, and next to Nikola Jerković (bass), the reliable crew includes: Berko Muratović and Frano Putica (drums and percussin+ons), Jurica Leikauff (Hammond, Moog, Hohner d6), Luka Žužić (Wurlitzer, trombone), Mario Bočić (saxophone), Zvonimir Bajević (trumpet), Davor Doležal and Coco Mosquito (guitars), Ljubo Kraljević (fx sounds, sampling, add scratching). The album was recorded at FunHouse studio, produced by Nikola Jerković, Berko Muratović and Luka Žužić, with Goran Martinac on charge of mastering. The cover was designed by Iva Kolar and the record label is Destinatio Tokyo.
