Synopsis:
April 22nd, 2015 marked 70 years since the breakthrough of the last prisoners from camp Jasenovac. This film is dedicated to the victims of those heroic and desperate ventures.
Today's younger generations in Croatia barely know anything about the tragedy that happened in Jasenovac. School programs after the 90s avoided this subject as much as possible. Perhaps marking the 70th anniversary of Jasenovac breakthrough is an opportunity to finally speak about horrors of Jasenovac camps, in a more cinematic open, and truer, way.
