Festival of Tolerance and the Rolin Humes invite you to remember the life of a woman that save the most lives in World War 2.
Irene Sendler served as an inspiration for a song of the same name by the band Rolin Humes, the video of which we will see on Thursday, September 15th at 20:00 in club Kavez.
The song was written in 2008 and is the bands regular closing song for their excellent performances. The video was made in the Kristalna kocka vedrine in Sisak.
Until 1999 few knew who Irena Sendler was but in 2008, when word of her selfless deeds spread, she was nominated for the Nobel Prize. Irene risked her life to save 2500 Jewish children during the Nazi occupation of Warsaw.
Join us in remember this exceptionally brave woman in the best possible way: with good music and a good atmosphere.
